Human-Scale Living

Bayshore Residential is a neighborhood of 1,000 mid- and high-rise living units arrayed along a grid of Dutch-inspired people-friendly streets. They’re “living streets,” designed to favor bikes, pedestrians, and play. Short and slow and shared. They lead to parks and green space, not more roads. Here in our 15-minute city, the Bayshore Station business and culinary district is right next door, so most forays are likely to be human-powered anyway. Commuting by car can be a thing of the past. Should you need to venture farther afield, the Caltrain station with its easy access to the entire Bay Area is just minutes away.

  • 1,000 mid- and high-rise residences
  • Human-friendly streets designed to minimize traffic
  • Surrounded by parks and green space
  • Walkable to offices, dining, and Caltrain
